We then plot the scores on the grid illustrated in this chart. If the score of the two models intersect in the green zone, the defensive equity portion of the portfolios will be fully invested in the stock market. If they intersect in the orange zone, the portfolios will be partially defensive. If they intersect in the red zone, the portfolios may become fully defensive.
